What does this mean? One of my users has been getting this and I cannot find anything on it.

Anytime they open an existing excel spreadsheet. Does not happen when they create a new one.

So if they create a NEW one and then SAVE & CLOSE, then REOPEN, then they get the message?

What happens when you open Excel without opening a file?

Go to Start > (All) Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Excel 2007

Do you get the message?

Skip - NEW one and then SAVE & CLOSE, then REOPEN, then they get the message? Yes

higgins - Go to Start > (All) Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Excel 2007
Does not happen when opening a file in this manner.

Seems to only occurr when double clicking from explorer.

Try using "Format Painter" to make the cells that have the exact cell format to reduce the # of font/colour scheme used. ie. if cell a1 and a2 are bold & green and you apply the format separately, Excel will count them as 2 formatting. If you format a1 then paintbrush it to a2, Excel counts it as 1 formatting. I think there is a 3K+ limit for the font/colout per worksheet.
