XP Home SP2, IE7 and a Mobile internet 'dongle'

Used to have BIG problem with Toolbar EULA until I switched it off in MSCONFIG, but now some sites load, then 'freeze' so that Ctrl/Alt/Del is needed.

Happens the most with ITunes (which is the most-frequently used site, of course - GRRR!)

Any ideas or antidotes?

Chris

Have you tried uninstalling it?

I believe it is the Google Toolbar, it used to nail machines a while ago. If you want to use it, try uninstalling and reinsatlling the latest version.

As much as I hate to suggest this, my experience says that when you next encounter this issue, try disabling the phishing filter & see if it improves. As much as I like the concept of the phishing filter, it's not as seamless as I'd personally like.
