some sent mails remain in the sending folder

Hi,

I have a software which deposits mails in one outlook sending box. The whole is supervised by exchange. Mails are well sent but they remain present in the sending box. Why? how could i succeeded in resolving this problem? (This problem do not exist when outlook run without exchange !?)
