Yeah I really need some help guys.
Here's the deal.
I'm working with this database of students at a school, and the databse is supposed to be used as a list of all the attendants at this school.

Anyway, the people working there are supposed to run this database (using a in-built form I made in access) and get reports and stuff for diffrent classes. Now, the thing is they have no experience or "computer skills" of any sort, so I need to make the report-making procedure as easy as possible.

What would you guys reccomend.
As it is right now they have to create their own questions to start with, then make a report out of it, and that's a very complicated procedure for them..
So basicly I'm wondering if there's a possibillity for me to automate this procedure, all they need to do is fill out a form with the new course-name and the teachers name and the question + report should me made, or atleast simplyfied..

Answers please, I'd be really grateful.
Thanks in advance..

(Please excuse my poor english as it is not my mother tounge language)

Take a look at Northwind and other sample mdbs. They generally have some method of opening reports that provide for limiting the records that are returned in the report.

If you have some specific questions, come on back.
