One of our staff has a dial-up connection and uses outlook 2000. When he sends attachments some recipients receive the attachments and others don't.
When the same email is sent by someone else using outlook 2000 via our exchange server all recipients receive the attachments.
It's an intermittent problem (naturally!) so sometimes a recipient will receive the attachment from the sender with the dial-up connection and sometimes not.
Because a recipient always receives the attachment when sent via the exchange server we've had to rule out possibilities such as the attachment being blocked at the recipient's end for size, file type, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
