Some Questions Regarding Excel 2010 1

I have a couple of general questions about Excel 2010.

1. In Page Setup, I often change the Scaling to Fit to 1 page wide by 100 tall. Then, no matter what printer document gets printed to, all columns are kept together for our documents. QUESTION: Whenever I turn around and use the "Row to repeat at top", this Scaling to Fit to 1 page wide seems to go "out the window" so to speak. Why can't I ever seem to use both of these options together under page setup?

2. In creating a customized footer, can you insert a formula within the footer? I want to take information entered in a specific cell and have this incorporated into the footer information.

I haven't tried 2007 or 2010 but in answer to your first question, try leaving PagesTall blank. That works for me in 2003 and earlier.
