Some questions concerning Night Ringing service

I have a few questions concerning night ringing service on my BCM-50 R5.0 systems.

I'd like to set up night ringing service so that the front desk receptionist can hit the "night ringing" button at the end of the work day, and that will cause extra DN's in the building to ring on incoming outside calls.

Additionally, I'd like to program another ringing service that will cause all incoming calls to ring a few times at the front desk, then roll to system's general Voice Mail box.



 
I think the only way would be to program the BCM ringing service using a different service mode such as "Lunch" etc to route the calls differently.

Another simpler way, might be to create a new hunt group and have the voicemail set as the overflow DN.

The best thing is to follow the ITEL training guide for the BCM system as they can explain many things using pictures etc.

The IP address won't be there for long, but select just the "BCM50 and 450_50_TBG" folder and download the zip file. Unzip it and install it.

Just make the lines Appear and Ring at reception, they will go to gen mailbox as probably already does.....when night comes press the Night button for the other sets to answer calls.

Service Modes/Night make it Manual then under there you will see where to assign lines.
Sets are added under Ring Groups.
