Some protocols are missing ?

Hi,

I'm trying to block some protocols with isa server 2000 but PROTOCOLS DEFINITIONS item contains only 4 protocols:
FTP, Gopher, HTTP and HTTPS ...

When i have a look into the registry i'm able to see every all protocols !! strange !

Why i'm not able to use them through isa server ?
