Some people not seeing a page of my pdf document

I've got a weird problem. I created a pdf from a Quark document of an application that I want to distribute over the web.

This had been working flawlessly, however, the person in charge of the program we're trying to promote received two phone calls today saying they could not see the last page of the pdf document.

I have downloaded this document on several types of computers with different os, browser, version of acrobat, etc. So far, I haven't had any problems.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

I would try to find out which OS they are using and the versions of software.

Never come accross the problem and I create PDF's all the time, for all kinds of systems. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.
