Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to install a few updates to my Windows 2000 SP4 clients (specifically KB911280-v2, KB917159, KB917537). All of the other updates have installed fine.

I've tried copying the command to a dos prompt and it installs fine. I'm installing with the /quiet /passive and /norestart switches on all of these. The error message states:

The operating system reported error 2147942402: The system cannot find the file specified.

I am also running a few other updates that are successful, but need a restart. Could the fact that the workstations haven't been restarted yet be the cause of the problem?

Thanks
Matt

I doubt it, but it is possible if there pre-req for one of the failign packages is included in the other updates, do it and see.

Hope this Helps.
