Some outbound calls fail Mediant 1000

Hi all,
I recently start noticing some of my outbound calls fail and after giving it little time it looks like its from my Mediant 1000 not the PBX provider. I have the same error message that was in thread1496-1615295 and I was wondering if anyone got to resolve the issue. Here is the error message:

26d:20h:28m:34s ( lgr_psbrdex)(3026 ) pstn recv <-- CALL_DISCONNECTED Trunk:0 Conn:0 RetCause:104 NetCause:31 [Time: 20:28:34]
