some metaframe clients can't connect

Some users including win98 and winxp are getting a message error trying to connect to the metaframe. The message is:


"The remote session was disconnected because there are no terminal server license servers available to provide a license"

If I remove the key "local_machine\software\microsoft\mslicensing\hardwareid", no success, but if I import from another client that is normal, it works.

I would like to understand this situation, certainly this procedure is not the best solution.

It sounds like you are out of TSCAL licenses.
Check your Terminal License Server and look at your available TSCal's.

The licenses sounds to be ok, even if windos xp clients connects normal.
