Greetings - I am having a problem with the Global Address List. We have been using the GAL as a place where users can get email addresses for anyone who has a mailbox on exchange. The problem is we added a mailbox last week and the only place it shows up in the GAL is my outlook address list (I have full privileges to the GAL). On ALL other displays of the GAL it does not show the new mailbox. However, all the original mail boxes do display on all user GAL. I have given a user full privileges and the new MB sill does not show up in there outlook GAL display. When I open the Exchange System Manager and right click on Default Global Address List and then click on preview the missing address is PRESENT.
