Hi all,

After inspecting some oracle db's:

The oracle db_block_size is set to 4096 while the ufs is on 8192.
What impact does this have on perf & error ?
And can I, create a new raw fs, export the full db with a prefect size or 8192 & import it in a new db with 8192 db size ?

Solaris is running on 64bit while oracle seems to running a 32 version.
again, what impact does this have on perf & error ?
Can I apply a 64bit patch to oracle or does it have to be re-installed
