Think I'll have to go back to html kindy. [ponder]

I've just put a site up at .

The index page has a number of .png menu label images down the left hand side which are not displaying (although the href links work OK). Other .png images on the page are displaying OK.

All images were uploaded together via CuteFTP. CuteFTP shows the .png files as being up there.

Page displays OK locally (so I don't think it's the sizing of the images). But this is the first time it has been tested on remote server.

Anyone have any thoughts? Please?

two main possibilities:
- the images have not been uploaded to the server correctly
- the src attribute is incorrect

the usual culprit for this is uploading the images to the wrong directory / not using the correct intended directory for the src attribute.

trying to view the images directly returns a 404 error. your error log should confirm this.

Thanks manarth. That was quick!

Your were spot on.

I had src="menu11.png", but file name was Menu11.png (cap M).

Changed filenames and menu images display OK. Sloppy coding.

Thanks very much.
