Some Extensions cannot call via UDP

I have two extension setup via UDP over a T-1 to call manager. The extension numbers are 5602 and 5603

Extension ranges that cannot dial are 20XX, 22XX, and 35XX-40XX
When an extension dials, the circuit is seized by the station but they do not hear ringing from the other end after about 10 seconds a busy tone is heard. (basically high and dry)

Extension ranges that can dial are 21XX, 43XX, 44XX, 56XX calls completed no problem.

Do 5602, 5603 have different COR's than the rest of the environment? Could be an FRL issue with route-patterns...?

Nope all COR's are the same. This looks like a dial plan issue but for the life of me where to look is the problem. All suspect places have been checked. The system did have DCS at one time and all translation were cleaned up but I am betting something was missed.

What does a list trace show?

Can you do a list trace on an extension as the call is being tried?

cha aar an 56 make sure there is no specific entry for 5603. If there is wipe it out.

I turned off ANI on the trunk group. The call Manager did not like ANI.
