Hi guys,

long time no c!Here I am again... I have a problem.We have MD110 PBX BC10.The problem is that some analogue Ext#s ring for 2 or 3 seconds,although nobody called them.

really I do not know what to do,I tried to make REFXI but it didn't work.

I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as poosible.

Thanx in advance.

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

try simple step first

*001# on that extensions.

second step -restart board - rfboi

the third step - restart the lim.

amalpbx12, please ignore monrovia's comments!

first do some basic fault locating:

do a SUSIP:DIR=x;

if shows MEW in the status, you have message waiting.
that can be cancelled with #91#

ringing could also come from callback, cancel with #37#

btw monrovia, it is #001# but this erases cdini, so it is a bit drastic (as is restarting the LIM).

Do you have DNA with GICI? 'problems' reported in the past where Operator has taken a message for the user and sent MEW to ext and on digi - press MEW goes to Operator. But on analogue there is no MEW so tinkle tone is MEW notice - if caller dials Operator Common Number, they will have a message waiting with the Operators.

Or maybe as daddy says, this is just MEW from voicemail?
