some ext cannot be direct dialed from aa

Version 5.2 manger 9.32 embedded vm

I have been trying to setup the AA so when the outside caller knows the 4 digit ext he can enter it and go diredtly to that ext. It works fine on ext 3506 but not on 2202. They are set up the same and on the aa action section I have button 2setup for dial by number as well as button 3. when you enter ext 2202 it does not ring the phone but it appears to ring the vm but when you leave a message no light appears on the phone 3506 rings and goes to vm with no problem. This problem occures on other extentions that are 2xxx. 2202 was in hunt group 200 but I have tried this with it both in or out of the group. Thanks

Well it was something simple and another tech spotted it in about 30 sec. I am using 4 digit ext but I did not change the all the ext to 4 digit so I had some 200 numbered ext left in the default scheme so when I tried to get to 2202 the call would go to 220 which has no handset attached. renumbered an it works as it should.
