I have recently upgraded to SAV 10 on Windows 2000 Servers and have a few clients that stop receiving updates from the Parent Server. What seems to be happening is when the nightly scheduled scan starts the rtvscan.exe process hangs (as I am unable to stop or pause it on the clients). No errors and the process indicates it is running but I lose communication with the Parent Server. Can't update and Parent Server can't talk to the client to push the downloads. I reboot the client and problem is solved. ( for awhile)
