I have a pharmacy client that I added a fourth line to their CICS which has Callpilot answering all calls.
Since the fourth line was added, some callers have mentioned that when they press "0" at the AA they sometimes end up at the GDM rather then the dispensary. I added two T7316e's to the system and they seem to be working well. The hunt groups on the system are not associated with the dispensary. The AA instructs people to press "0" to speak with the pharmacy staff which then rings phones at the pharmacy area. Can anyone shed some light on this as I have gone through all the programming with no luck in findind anything.
