Please excuse my ignorance in this area, but I have a client who wants something other than Partner and/or Legend.

So, I have to ask a few dumb questions to see if the IP Office would meet this persons needs.

1) Are all Speaker Phones connected to the IP OFfice FULL DUPLEX?

2) What kind of phones can be connected?

3) What is required to have an extension at another location connected over the internet?

Thanx for now....

1) Are all Speaker Phones connected to the IP OFfice FULL DUPLEX?

The 20XX are not full duplex, most Alog phones are full duplex

2) What kind of phones can be connected?

On DT units only the AVAYA Digital 20XX range of phones eg: 2030, 2050, 20CC

On DS units only the 64XX 46XX and 24XX

Most ALog phones to POTS Modules

3) What is required to have an extension at another location connected over the internet?

Some sort of half decent Internet connection at both locations either Cable or xDSL technolgy, including VoIP aware routers and decent VPN kit.
