Cheers all,

I just have the following issue:

Because of another malfunction I just had to restart a virtual primary server in Release 11.1.
After all services are back in service the system is running in WebLM error mode with 30 grace period days left.

A look at the WebLM showed me, that there a no more any licenses installed. The re-upload of the correct XML failed, the webfrontend only showed a blank page with "0" printed in the upper left corner :-(
Restart of WebLM service could not fix it, does anyone have some suggestions for me or similary experiences ?

Maybe after the reboot the mac address has changed. The MAC is tied to the license. Check the host ID on weblm page and match it with your license Host id.

icet500, yes you`re right - the mac adress differs from the original actually.
So I did a rehost/license migration at plds.avaya.com and downloaded a new xml which fits to the new mac adress but after uploading it I still just see no error, only this "0" and there are still no licenses installed :-/

SOLVED:

Do not use MS Edge (Chromium) Browser. With Mozilla Firefox everything is good [cyclops]
