Many of our users have either accidentally deleted some of their folders in their archives, or for some reason a few of their folders never make it over from the regular database to the archive database. The folders still exist in the regular database.
Problem is, that when they archive, the folders are not automatically created again, and the e-mails end up in the All Documents Folders. Users do not like that.
I can make them come back. First, I create a test e-mail in the regular database, and put it into the folder in question in the regular database. I then do an Upgrade Folder Design, manually for the one folder in question (automatic upgrade does not work). In the folder, in the regular database, I mark the e-mail, then archive it manually.
The e-mail, and the folder now appear in the archive database. Not only does the test e-mail end up in the newly created archive folder, BUT any e-mails already in the archive database, that were suppose to be in that archive folder are now back in there.
