Since I continue to be a dinosaur and use my Sidekick 2.0 under Windows XP, every so often I discover some fix/workaround. The latest one I stumbled on is to choose the advanced option (within WinXP) to run the program in a separate memory space. After checking that I noticed the program generally starts up without any problems (this was not the case before) and also some of the background Windows programs such as ntdvm.exe would now properly unload from memory after Sidekick was closed (again not the case before).

Hope this serves to help other diehards.

Doug

Well done Doug!
Another success for us dinosaurs, but how can we be Dinosaurs if the climate has changed repeatedly and we still keep going.
I suggest a more appropriate term, Cockroaches! [wink]
