I just saw your message asking if I got a resolution. I checked through my notes and I think the issue was caused by a cancelled install of the Application Builder.
There were some remnants from the cancel install that I think was causing the issue.
We have no problems with it at this time.
Sorry that I can't provide more information but I searched through my email archive and could not find out anything.
