I am running a report from Solidus reports manager.
The report is "daily agent report" reporting on "agent activity by agent".
Within this report i can see primarily which agents have been taking call in which service groups etc...
On any given day i may see "Joe bloggs" taking calls in 5 service groups.
The next day the same agent may only show in 3 service groups. Why is this??
There has been no skills changed for the agent, it's not due to zero calls taken in the missing service groups, as zero call shows '0' against the relevant group.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
