Solidus eCare and ACD

Dear All ,

currently we have eCare with a group 70540 handling another group of call.

i've try to create another ACD Group 44000 with member 44101 to 44103 but i keep getting ADN or ODN not set ?

any advise ?

I know how to setup ACD, do you have the documentation to refer to, you need to setup a number of things to get this to work. Setting up a hunt group is not one of them

First of all what is your software level, TSW or MX-One? sent CADAP; or ts_about

Here is my cadap

Actually currently solidus eCare is handling a few type of call through ACD.

And I also I have 8 operator handling another group of call.

I check my lidap and I do have 8 ACD license available 0 in use. With that I want to ultilize it to handle part of my incoming trunk line.

Is there a correct method to make this happen ? Because we want the new group to be able to handle call on the scenario below
"when first caller call and In between 2nd caller call , we to enable the staff to see or a button to blink and shows that there is another incoming call so the staff can temporary to put first caller on hold and answer the 2nd call.

Hi

have you tried simplifying your idea and testing using Call Waiting on the Group handsets, put them in a hunt group.

Or, set up ADN's on handsets and add 2 ADN numbers for each phone into a hunt group.

you won't get a keyflash indication for a 2nd call with ACD, so maybe you are trying too hard to use it for no gain
