Hi,

when i am gng to click on agent tab ,automatically my outlook mail is open.
how can i disable this option .
pls help

Disabe outlook integration in the application options.

this option i have to do at sever system or client system

It is a client option.
You can force it for all users with "Set user options" from a client.
