Solid amber lights on Contivity 100

Is there a way of resetting a Contivity 100 when all the lights are displaying a solid amber. I have tried the normal method of resetting to factory default but this doesn't seem to work.

Is the Contivity box dead?

Any idea's?

ohhhhhhhh gooooddddddd, kill the system, contivity 100 is sooooooooooooo poor........you need more ours to configure as the system run fine....
