Solaris9 Install question

I need to install Solaris9 on one of my old e420r's. Can someone remind the difference between booting off the Solaris 9 Operating Enviroment DVD or booting off the Solaris 9 Installation cd?

From what I remember its best to use the Operating Enviroment DVD

The DVD saves a bunch of disk swapping. If they are both the latest version of 9, I would use the DVD.
