solaris --> w2k-->internet

Hi,
I just brought a ultra 10 system
However I want to connect to the internet via my win2000 box.
This is my current setup.

internet<--cable modem---win2000---hub---ultra10

I can ping each of the machines from each other.
But what do I do know, in order to surf the internet from the ultra10. The win2000 box will act as the server(sun network cards are to expensive).

Download and install winproxy on win2k and in the browser settings on Ultra10 configure win2k as the proxy server.

It should work.
