Solaris client fails to backup

We have connected a solaris client to our NT networker backup server. Whenever we start the backup, the following error message displayed:

Unsuccessful savesets
*solaris.server:/opt 1 retry attempted
*solaris.server:/opt nsrexec: authtype nsrexec
*solaris.server:/opt savefs: exited on signal 11

We made a lot of settings but still failed. Please advise.

Sounds like a security problem. Does the user on NT exist as a user on Solaris? If so, does the user have read permissions on /opt or any other directory?

I create the same user on both NT and Solaris and try to backup the home directory but same error message displayed.

Will there be any problem if the Networker and the client are in different domain?
