Solaris 9 on SuperSPARC 20 ?? Good or bad

Hi everybody,

I have Solaris 8 on my Sun SPARCstation 20 machine having TWO 75-MHz SuperSPARC-II processors and 256 Memory.
I am thinking to upgrade it to Solaris 9. Reason for upgrade is just learning newer Solaris.

Box runs web/ftp servers, samba, sendmail, firewall for small research project for 7 people.
What is your recommendation about it from your own experience.

if 8 works fine, 9 works also fine;
the only problems moving from 8 to 9 on various machines are hardware driver related: e.g. the Sun hardware raid controller does not work on (4 CPU) Solaris 9 machines;
changing harddisks also sometimes a problem; original sun
equipment (RAM, CPU, HDD, floppy, CDROM, tape) works fine.

.... still always an adventure
