Solaris 9 (kicked to boot prompt)

Two days in a row now I've come back to find one my my production servers halted to the boot prompt with little error messages... (SunFire V240)

The logs show:
"SC Request to send Break to host."

but I and nobody else here sent a break to it. We recently had a power fail, is it possible that damaged RAM or otherwise could cause this without any visible errors?

I'm not very good with SysAdmin stuff, any ideas where to start?

How are you viewing the console?
