Solaris 9 / clients can't connect to Apache 1.3.31

Hello,

I recently installed Apache 1.3.31 (with PHP 4 and MySQL 4) on my E220R. However, I am unable to connect to Apache through port 80. Is there some sort of built in firewall running I need to open up?

Also, there are a lot of services running (like ftp) that I don't need. How do I disable these?
