Solaris 2.6 to 8 upgrade info

Hi all

We have an Ultra Enterprise 2 runningh solaris 2.6. We have an Oracle 8i Database running on this server installed on mountpoints /user02 to /user08.

If i was to upgrade I cannot forsee any issues with upgrade ammending these pointpoints. Am i correct??

Also, we have HP JetAdmin Utility for UNIX (Rev. D.04.12) installed. will upgrade affect the operation of this??

Finally, Can I upgrade of full version software, or do i need specifically solaris 8 upgrade!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
