Hi,
I'm planning an upgrade to Solaris 8 and I want to know
if the following is correct for recovery to 2.6 (in the
case of disaster; root disk is c0t0d0s0 & tape is 2cn):
boot cdrom -s
mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /a
cd /a
ufsrestore rf /dev/rmt/2cn
rm restoresymtable
cd /usr/platform/`uname -m`/lib/fs/ufs
installboot bootblk /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
Thanks in advance,
Tony
