Solaris 10 post installation NIC configuration

Hi,

I am trying to install a solaris 10 on my intel based PC. I have integrated intel pro/100 NIC. while istalling OS, I ingnored network. Now i want to add that NIC.

ifconfig -a
lo0:flags=2001000849<P,Loopback,running,multicast,ipv4......
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000

the /boot/solaris/devicedb/master file shows the driver name
iprb.bef for the Intel pro/100 network adapter

But I dont know what to do to detect the device.

Found solution of the above problem:

added driver entry in /boot/solaris/devicedb/master file

and added corresponding deice_alias in /etc/device_aliases file

then used following commads:

ifconfig iprb0 plumb
ifconfig irbb0 192.168.1.91 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
