Solaris 10 on VMWare Workstation

Dear All
I have solaris 10 on a work station. I got a backup by Acronis and then I converted Acronis (.tib) back up to VMware workstation (.vmx). When I try to open it by vmware work station, the start page of Solaris appears and asks to select "Solaris 10" or "Solaris Failsafe". Selecting "Solaris 10", it restart again and come back to start page. Would you please help?
