What is your goal, to save disk space? Or just to prevent people using it?
If it's the latter you could just disable the dtlogin service.
If it's the former you'll need to identify the packages involved and remove them using pkgrm. pkginfo | egrep 'SUNW(x|dt|gnome)' would probably be a good starting point.

As i will never use the GUI, only the CLI, i would like to remove it.
This would hopefully also give me additional disk space and use less CPU..
