Soho3 and Remote Desktop

I have Soho3 and would like to be able to use Remote Desktop to access a computer that sits behind the Sonicwall. I would like to know if there is a way to specify a Mac address of the machine that will be accessing the PC behind the SonicWall. Is that possible with Soho3?
