Hi,
I am running Insight Manager 7 SP2.3
I can see all green boxes for the Hardware State.
However for the Software Version Status they are all blue apart from 2 servers.
The servers with green software status squares are on the subnet as the Insight Manager server.
The rest of the servers are on a seperate network seperated by a router---leased line---router.
My question is, i can view all the hardware status perfectly fine for all servers but not there software status. Do particular ports need to be open for Insight Manager to communicate with the software version status of each server?
