Software Updates Through Proxy Server

We have recently changed our School Internet connection, our proxy server now requires an username and password, every time we access the internet.
Which works fine using Internet Explorer.

This seems to be now stopping Software Updates from connecting to the internet.

Is it possible to input our username and password into Software updates so I can update our IMacs?
