Software update via Group Policy W2K3

I am trying to update my office 2003 install package and I have used the Custom Installation Wizard from the tool kit o create new MST file. However when I am going to redeploy the package under modifications tab everything I grayed out. I cant clock on ADD to add the new MST file. I am logged on the server as administrator.
Any help or link appreciated.
