software under POWERBUILDER vs. SAGE accounting

I am trying to write an interface utility for exporting files from a business management software to the well known financial accounting system - SAGE product (its polish version called Symfonia). I encountered a number of problems that I am unable to solve, the SAGE Symfonia user manual does not provide enough details either. My business management software is written under PowerBuilder 10.

1. The most general problem is that I cannot find out what is the smallest amount of format information necessary to export documents such as invoices from vendors (costs, incoming), invoices for customers to enable the SAGE Symfonia further process these documents? Can anyone here point in the right direction? Any suggestion will be much appreciated.

Sage has many accounting packages. This forum is for the Sage product MAS90 and MAS200. Where are you located? I have never heard of Symfonia.
