We are about to build a new J2EE application to replace and old VB app. As a part of this, we have a whole new schema design.
What do people use to document the migration between one schmea and the next ?
Previously we've just used bodgy Excel spreadsheets. But we're trying to get a bit more up market, and have some tools like IBM's RSA to design the schema.
