SOFTWARE TO FORMAT ALL BRAND HARDRIVES?

Hello,

I want to know whether there is software to farmat all brand hard drives. I liked Westen Digital but their floppy disk that comes with the drive is only good for Dos format. If you are using WinXP, DOS disk is rejected. Then Maxeter program will format its own brand hard drive and its the same with Segate.

Using windows XP with NTFS if some thing goes wrong with Hard Drive I am unable to reformat them. So I have few drives just sitting there and just getting wasted.

Hi,

For NTFS drives use fdisk and remove all "non-DOS partitions". Then create FAT32 partitions like the example shown here.
