hi ppl,

i'm trying to do an inventary of the machines in my organization.
i need to know processor, memory, disc size.
is there any software that i can use to help me in this boring job.

i'can do almost every thing manualy.. but finding the processor is the most dificult... the machines are place far way from my place of work...
i'can connect to them via pcanywhere but i have one doubt
"where can i found the information of the processor?"
(whitout restart the pc)

can someone point me the way!?!
thanksssssss

I had the same task. The coolest and simplest solution for you as a programmer will be to use WMI Scripts.
Consults with MS MSDN web site for futher documentation.
It is very esy to implement and it's cheap.

Best way to find the processor speed is to either right click on my computer and then go to properties and it os on there.
or
Press the windows key and then break.

Both go to system properties and show the clock speed. Mac [pipe]
