Software to create chapters for DVD

I used the IDVD on my mac and the way to create chapters is just not good enough. On windows I use nero 6 ultra. This lets me set a chapter point wherever I want to in the video and then I can burn it to dvd no problem. I am now wanting to get more in the mac os to create my movies and create DVD's like I do now using windows. What software for the mac will let me do this?

A step up from iDVD is Apple's DVD Studio Pro. I believe Adobe also makes a DVD authoring app but Mac users are more prone to use Apple's offering since it is part of the video production suite.
