Software that will open most any type file?

I am told there is a program called ? Visixx ? that will open most file types and even files that don't want to open correctly for whatever reason. Anyone know of such?

Try "Drag and View" from Canyon Software.

It opens many types of files in the correct format and if it does not recognize the format, it opens it in a hex format.
